At MagneTech Solutions, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, made-to-order sensors that meet their specific needs. We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind our manufacturing process. However, we understand that there may be instances where a manufacturing defect is identified, and we want to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience in addressing such concerns.

Made-to-Order and Non-Returnable:

All sensors sold by MagneTech are meticulously crafted and customized to meet the unique requirements of each order. Due to the individualized nature of our sensors, we regret to inform our customers that they are non-returnable. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase to ensure that the specifications meet their specific needs.

365-Day Guarantee for Manufacturing Defects:

Despite our stringent quality control measures, we understand that manufacturing defects may occur in rare instances. To address such issues, MagneTech offers a 365-Day Guarantee for Manufacturing Defects, which allows for a full replacement of the sensor(s) affected. This guarantee is applicable from the date of delivery to the customer.

Qualifications for the 365-Day Guarantee:

To qualify for the 365-Day Guarantee for Manufacturing Defects, the following conditions must be met:

The customer must report the manufacturing defect within 365 days from the date of delivery.

The defect must be a result of a manufacturing error including changes in form, fit and/or function. Not included under this guarantee are defects due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

The customer must provide proof of purchase, including the order number and date of purchase.

Process for Making a Claim:

To make a claim under the 365-Day Guarantee for Manufacturing Defects, customers should follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to report the defect.

Provide a detailed description of the defect and include any relevant photographs or documentation.

Our Customer Service Team will guide you through the verification process and provide instructions for returning the defective sensor.

Once the defect is confirmed to be a result of a manufacturing error, MagneTech will arrange for the replacement of the affected sensor(s) at no additional cost.

Note:

The 365-Day Guarantee for Manufacturing Defects is limited to a one-time replacement of the affected sensor(s). If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will replace the sensor with a product that meets the same specifications as the original order.
