Description
Our magnetic tape tracker allows detection and monitoring of its lateral position in relation to magnetically charged tape. The relative position is represented by an analog voltage range of .8 V at the far-left edge of the tape, and 9.2 V at the right. The sensor’s analog output allows for precise position indication while its digital output offers an additional layer of information and safety if the tape cannot be detected.
This sensor is in an upgraded aluminum bracket mount housing. It is potted and fully sealed, offering durability that will last for years. These sensors are rated to 500 hours saltwater spray corrosion resistance, 10 G’s vibration shock and 100 G’s mechanical shock.
